A. No. Each yoga instructor will assess the individuals within the class to ensure that the class level meets the needs of the participants.
A. Yoga can be as intense or easy as you like. It is up to you to manage yourself and ensure you get what you want from the class. The philosophy of yoga suggests that a good practice should not be in surrender, where the mind will wander, nor should there be too much effort, where the practice is not joyful. Only you know these limits.
