Step 1Scoping and proposal - a collaborative approach is taken by listening attentively to possible issues and/or challenges currently occurring in the workplace and identifying the expected outcomes of the program. Data is then gathered through interviews and research to create a proposed program.
Step 2Review - the proposal is reviewed and learning outcomes are agreed upon and approved.
